When it comes to CBS‘s Ghosts, Season 4 continues to deliver laughs as the series follows the day-to-day of Woodstone B&B’s living proprietors Sam (Rose McIver) and Jay (Utkarsh Ambudkar) alongside cohabitating spirits, but when will they return to TV screens?
The show’s last episode, “St. Hetty’s Day,” aired on March 13th, but the following installment won’t air for quite some time, and for those who may not know why, there’s a perfectly good explanation: March Madness. The annual basketball event is occupying Thursday nights on CBS, displacing Ghosts from the schedule altogether.

So, when can viewers anticipate the return of Sam, Jay, and spirits Alberta (Danielle Pinnock), Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones), Flower (Sheila Carrasco), Trevor (Asher Grodman), Hetty (Rebecca Wisocky), Sasappis (Román Zaragoza), Pete (Richie Moriarty), and Thorfinn (Devan Chandler Long)? According to our listings, Ghosts is supposed to return on Thursday, April 3 at 8:30/7:30c with an episode titled, “His Girl Shiki.”
While we don’t currently have a logline for the installment, based on what we know of the series, it seems that there’s a Sasappis-inspired episode around the corner. As fans will remember, Shiki (Crystle Lightning) is a fellow Lenape who Sasappis had a crush on when he was living 500-plus years ago.
Could the title hint at a potential reunion between the duo? The last time we saw Shiki, she was haunting the Ulster Country Review office, but as we continue to learn about the loopholes within the spirit world, perhaps there’s a way in which she or Sasappis can connect outside of their personal ghost boundaries.
Only time will tell, until then, stay tuned for what’s to come as Ghosts Season 4 returns this April and keep an eye out for additional details regarding the upcoming episode. And while we may be approaching the ending half of Ghosts Season 4, rest assured that there are plenty of more good times ahead with the recently ordered fifth and sixth seasons.

‘Wants to end up in Boston’… Celtics still favorites to sign breakout star who will snub ‘last resort’

All three players either lack experience or consistent production, and none match the quality of their previous rotation featuring Kristaps Porzingis, Al Horford, and Luke Kornet. The potential addition doesn’t reach the caliber of Porzingis or Horford, and isn’t even close to Kornet’s level. However, there’s development potential given that he’s only 24 years old. Charles Bassey, the former San Antonio Spurs player who competed with the Celtics during last summer’s league, has emerged as the candidate in question. Bassey chooses NBA over European opportunity NBA insider Noa Dazzell reported that Bassey prefers playing for the Celtics next season rather than accepting an overseas offer with Partizan Belgrade in the Serbian League. “He’s not currently planning on going overseas, that seems to be pretty unlikely, and almost like a last resort type of thing. And right now, I think, you know, he feels pretty confident that he’s going to play in the NBA next season,” Dazzell explained. “He currently still views the Celtics as a top destination, and really, really wants to end up in Boston. And that’s not me saying that that’s going to happen, but that’s a top priority for him. He loves the culture. He loves the fact that they’ve been in the playoffs routinely. It’s a culture of winning, the coaches,” she added. Boston has roster spot available for potential signing The Celtics maintain one open roster spot that could accommodate Bassey’s addition. His summer league performance with Boston demonstrated his potential value to the organization. “He really wants to come to the Celtics. We’ll see whether it works out right now. Boston has one remaining roster spot that’s open,” Dazzell noted. Bassey’s summer league production included impressive numbers of 15.3 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game. These statistics explain why other teams like Partizan Belgrade have shown interest in acquiring his services, as well as the fact that he is athletic rim‑runner with elite length and shot‑blocking instincts. His strong summer showing could translate to meaningful NBA contributions if he maintains his health and development trajectory. Injury history creates concern about reliability Bassey has struggled with health issues throughout his NBA career, frequently dealing with injuries that have limited his availability. His most significant setback came with an ACL injury in 2023 that restricted him to only 19 games that season. The limited production reflects both his role and ongoing health challenges. Giving Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro an opportunity to lead the Miami Heat appears the most likely outcome for the 2025-2026 season. However, the right opportunity arising at February's trade deadline could always shift an organization's plans. The Los Angeles Clippers have the league's oldest roster, led by Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, Bradley Beal, Chris Paul, and more, so there's no telling how much next year will play out for them. It's possible all of the veteran stars thrive together, or the Clippers could fall completely out of title contention due to injuries and inconsistency. If the latter takes place, PFSN predicts the Heat could swoop in and acquire Leonard in a win-now blockbuster trade. The six-time All-Star has two seasons remaining on his three-year, $153 million contract, which is ideal for Miami's front office. One obstacle to this deal occurring is the Heat are often stubborn about how many assets are given up, so it's much more likely Leonard finishes out his rollercoaster career in L.A. or elsewhere.
