The upcoming 2024-2025 Premier League season will begin on August 17. Last season, Everton F.C. was on the wrong side of point deductions, receiving eight total points in penalties for breaching the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules. Although the club finished 17th in the Premier League, Everton secured enough points to maintain a spot in England’s top soccer league.
Last season, there were times when the Blues looked like the best team in the league, and others where they couldn't buy a win. After impressive wins against Benford and Aston Villa, the club lost only three games from the beginning of fall to early December. But then immediately after, the club went on a dry spell, not gaining a win until beating Burnley in April.
A bright spot for next season is that Everton will not face any more looming penalties, and they can focus on achieving their goals in the 2024-2025 season. Everton is bringing back manager Sean Dyche, who, despite a poor finish in the table standings, handled adversity and maintained a spot in the Premier League.
Everton’s biggest summer transfer window move was signing midfielder Tim Iroegbunam. The 21-year-old is known for his defense and will be looking to control the middle of the field and play both sides of the pitch for Everton. Iroegbunam is physical and will help start a new era for the Everton club.
Everton matches will be available on three different English-language platforms this season: TV networks NBC and USA Network and streaming service Peacock Premium Plus. While watching Peacock’s streams will require a subscription to that service, the rest of the games can be viewed on almost every major live TV streaming service. Peacock is a must-have for Premier League fans in 2024-25. It’s the only place where Everton fans can truly watch every match (though not every match will be live). The streaming service carries exclusive Premier League games, as well as every live match broadcast on NBC if you subscribe to the Premium Plus plan, which includes a live feed of your local NBC channel. It also carries on-demand replays of every single Premier League game. Matches that were broadcast live on NBC or Peacock can be viewed on demand not long after the broadcast concludes, while games that aired on USA Network can be replayed on demand the following day.
Peacock will also exclusively host an NFL playoff wildcard game in early 2025, giving fans more than just soccer to watch live with their subscription.

The Hulu + Live TV bundle also provides subscriptions to streaming services ESPN Plus and Disney Plus and access to Hulu’s complete on-demand streaming library. Similar to most streaming services, Hulu + Live TV allows unlimited DVR storage.
Sling TV is a streaming service that is perfect for fans who want the most affordable way to watch live sports. Sling’s Blue plan includes USA Network and NBC, though the latter network is only available in select areas. It offers a limited channel lineup compared to other streaming services, but if your only goal is to watch Everton games, Sling TV will get you there for a low price.
Other sports channels in Sling Blue include Fox Sports, FS1 and NFL Network. 50 hours of DVR storage are included in all Sling TV plans with the option to upgrade to 200 hours for an additional monthly fee.
Rounding the list off, YouTube TV is another great option to stream Everton matches as the service includes USA Network and NBC and CNBC in the Base plan. Other sports channels you can watch with YouTube TV include ESPN, Fox Sports, Fox Sports 1 and TBS.
YouTube TV’s plan has unlimited Cloud DVR storage, and also provides exclusive access to NFL Sunday Ticket as an add-on, allowing streamers to watch out-of-market games.
