The Spaniard with his multi-year contract extension, has put his utmost faith in the hands of the personnel on the Aston Martin F1 team. Alonso desperately wants to bring the curtain down on his glorious career with a third-world championship.

While Fernando Alonso has made his intentions known after signing a sensational contract extension, he has also taken the time to applaud the people at Aston Martin. Alonso has felt completely at ease since becoming a part of team.

Alonso joined the Lawrence Stroll owned outfit in 2023.

I said at the start of the year that I would decide if I wanted to continue racing first and then sit down with the team. From the moment I joined the team in 2023 I felt extremely at home. In just over 15 months we have already achieved so much together, with some memorable podiums and battles. Fernando Alonso said in the same statement

The Spaniard has so far achieved a lot with the Silverstone-based outfit. Last year, he amassed several podiums and played a major role in securing fifth place in the Constructors Championship. The ongoing campaign has also begun on a positive note for Alonso and considering this, it will be fascinating to see what the future holds for him.
