Lewis Hamilton Shares Heartfelt Update on Roscoe 

Lewis Hamilton is known for wearing his heart on his sleeve, both on and off the F1 grid. Over the weekend, the seven-time world champion took to Instagram to share an emotional update about his beloved bulldog, Roscoe, who has been a constant presence in his life and in the paddock.

In a lengthy post, Hamilton revealed Roscoe has been admitted to hospital after struggling to breathe due to pneumonia. The dog was sedated to help doctors perform checks, but during the process, Roscoe’s heart stopped. 

Hamilton explained that medical staff managed to revive him, though Roscoe is now in a coma while the team works carefully to stabilize him. “We don't know whether he will wake from this. Tomorrow we’ll try to wake him up. I’m by his side and want to thank you all for your prayers and support,” Hamilton wrote. 

Outpouring Support from the F1 Community

Hamilton’s update immediately drew responses from across the F1 paddock, underscoring the affection both fans and fellow drivers have for Roscoe, who has become something of a mascot in recent years. George Russell offered a simple but heartfelt, “Thinking of you mate.”
