It's still early in the process, but the 2024 NFL Draft class appears to feature one of the deepest and most talented groups of quarterbacks in recent memory. How many of them will actually end up cracking the first round come April, though? In the latest 2024 NFL mock draft from Dane Brugler at The Athletic, the answer to that question is four, three of whom come off the board in the top 10. Unsurprisingly, it's USC's Caleb Williams who kicks things off in this mock, going to the Chicago Bears with the No. 1 pick. North Carolina's Drake Maye isn't far behind, landing at No. 3 to the New England Patriots. LSU's Jayden Daniels also crashes the top 10, heading to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the No. 7 selection.
