Brandon Arrington is coming off of what he told Touchdown Alabama was a ‘great’ official visit to the University of Alabama.
On the heels of the visit, Arrington foreshadowed an update to his recruitment Monday via x.
“Big news coming soon,” Arrington posted.
The 2026 recruit is a five-star prospect and one of Alabama football’s top defensive back targets. He attends Mount Miguel High School in California, and he is down to Alabama, Oregon, Penn State, Texas A&M, Washington and USC.
Alabama has 5-Star ATH Brandon Arrington @brandonjubie2 on campus for his official visit.
The 6-foot-3 prospect has impressive length with the ability to consistently run a sub 11 100-meter dash and be a defensive playmaker at cornerback. https://t.co/NSxIN36t2W pic.twitter.com/9C0uHUYPRP

At 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds, he is the personification of a speedster, and he has succeeded as a track athlete. He holds a PR of 10.21 in the 100-meter dash and has reportedly clocked in a 4.32 forty-yard dash. His speed translates over to the gridiron as he is absolutely electric with the football in his hands. His speed makes it very difficult to cover him as he can blow by defenders.
