The Coachella Valley Firebirds today announced they’ve extended forward Jackson Berezowski to a one-year AHL contract for the 2025-26 season. Berezowski played in 67 games for the Kansas City Mavericks last season in the ECHL. He had 47 points on 19 goals and 28 assists. He was a +16 with five power-play goals, a game-winning goal, and 31 penalty minutes. In 15 Kelly Cup Playoff games, he had eight points on two goals and six assists. He was a minus-three with a power-play goal.

Jackson Berezowski

Berezowski played in the WHL for five seasons. He played in 273 games, all for the Everett Silvertips. He had 232 points on 130 goals and 102 assists. Berezowski was a +72 with 121 penalty minutes. He played in 15 playoff games, recording eight points on six goals and two assists. He was a plus-one with six penalty minutes. In 2020-21, he was loaned to the Yorkton Terriers in the SJHL. In four games, he had three points on a goal and two assists. He had two penalty minutes. In 2023-24, he played in one game for the Toronto Marlies. He didn’t record a point in that lone game. In 59 games for the Newfoundland Growlers of the ECHL that same season, he had 54 points on 18 goals and 36 assists. He was a minus-four with ten power-play goals, three game-winning goals, and 26 penalty minutes.
