The Hershey Bears today signed forward Kaden Bohlsen and defenseman Connor Mayer to AHL contracts for the 2025-26 season. Bohlsen spent last season playing in four games with the Calgary Wranglers, recording an assist. He had two penalty minutes. Mayer, this past season, played in 22 games with the Colorado Eagles, recording nine points on four goals and five assists. He was a plus-nine with a shorthanded goal, two game-winning goals, and 14 penalty minutes. Mayer also played in four games for the Utah Grizzlies, recording an assist. He was a plus-one and had four penalty minutes.

Kaden Bohlsen

Bohlsen spent three seasons at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He played in 48 games, recording four points on two goals and two assists. Bohlsen was a minus-ten, a power-play goal, and 34 penalty minutes. He then transferred to Minnesota State University, where he spent two seasons appearing in 65 games. Bohlsen had 38 points on 23 goals and 15 assists. He has three power-play goals, four game-winning goals, and 83 penalty minutes.

Connor Mayer

Mayer played five seasons at Colorado College. He played in 159 games with 32 points on seven goals and 25 assists. He was plus-ten with a game-winning goal and 111 penalty minutes. Mayer then joined the Utah Grizzlies, playing in five games, recording three points on a goal and two assists, and was a minus-two.
