The Ontario Reign extended defenseman Parker Berge today to an AHL contract for 2025-26. Berge last season played in 57 games in the ECHL with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and Idaho Steelheads. He had 41 points on six goals and 35 assists. He was a +14 with a power-play goal and 18 penalty minutes.

Before joining the ECHL played in the Western Hockey League. In his first season in 2019-20, he played in two games for the Regina Pats. He was held pointless and was a plus-one. In 2020-21, he played in 23 games, recording four points on a goal and three assists. Berge was a plus-one with 14 penalty minutes. In his third season with the Pats, he played in 54 games, recording 11 points on a goal and ten assists. He was a minus-six with 22 penalty minutes.
In 2023-24, he played in 68 games, recording 22 points on three goals and 19 assists. He was even in plus/minus with 40 penalty minutes. Berge split time in 2023-24, playing in 36 games for the Pats and 30 for the Everett Silvertips. In the 66 games combined, he had 63 points on 13 goals and 50 assists. Berge was a +24 with 26 penalty minutes. He finished his tenure in the WHL playing in 265 career games. He had 100 points on 18 goals and 82 assists. Berge was a +20 with 101 penalty minutes.
