The Arizona State football team got to enjoy one of the greatest runs in college footballs this season, from going from being the preseason pick to finish dead last in the Big 12, to making the College Football Playoffs and nearly advancing to the semifinals. That run has earned the respect of the rest of the country. The final AP Top 25 polls were released Tuesday morning with the Sun Devils ranked No. 7 in the country.

The last time ASU was ranked higher than that was in 2007.
