Caitlin Clark has already shattered countless all-time records in her young basketball career.
Arguably the most-notable accomplishment of her career thus far is the all-time NCAA women's and men's scoring title she notched in her fourth and final season with the Iowa Hawkeyes.
On March 3, 2024, Clark recorded 35 points against the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes — passing Pete Maravich to become the all-time leading scoring in Division I college basketball history with 3,685 career points.
Now exactly one year later, fans are celebrating Clark's historic accomplishment.
"Today officially marks one year since Caitlin Clark reached the top of the college basketball scoring list," NBC Sports wrote on X.

Clark, a two-time National Player of the Year, ultimately finished her college basketball career with 3,951 points — extending her all-time record. After leading Iowa to a national championship matchup against the South Carolina Gamecocks, Clark was selected by the Indiana Fever with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft.
Clark continued her record-breaking career in her rookie season, becoming the league's all-time single-season and single-game assist leader. The near-unanimous Rookie of the Year also became the first rookie to notch multiple triple-doubles in her debut season.
Clark and the Fever will begin their 2025 regular-season schedule with a matchup against the Chicago Sky on May 17.
