The Indianapolis Colts (3-3) and Cleveland Browns (3-2) enter Sunday's matchup in relatively decent health as just three players total were ruled out prior to the day.
For the Colts , starting tight end Kylen Granson (concussion) and right tackle Braden Smith (wrist/hip) were both scratched on Friday while starting wide receiver Alec Pierce (shoulder) was listed as questionable. He is active for Sunday.
The Browns ruled out linebacker Sione Takitaki on Friday with a hamstring injury but had tight end Harrison Bryant, running back Kareem Hunt, cornerback Greg Newsome, and quarterback Deshaun Watson listed as questionable. All of them are active.

Outside of Granson and Smith, there aren't any notable inactives for the Colts, as Boettger and Land are typically inactive, and Speed was just signed this week.
Look for Drew Ogletree and Will Mallory to see an increased role in Granson's absence while rookie Blake Freeland will start at right tackle in place of Smith.

The biggest news for Cleveland is all of their questionable players (all significant as well) being active in Bryant, Hunt, Newsome, and Watson.
