Denver Broncos Hire Former Golden State Warriors Staff in Larger Role

The NBA offseason has officially begun and one team to keep an eye on this summer is the Golden State Warriors.

Golden State is coming off a solid season that saw them turn things around after acquiring Jimmy Butler from the Miami Heat at the trade deadline to pair alongside Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.

Unfortunately for the Warriors, an untimely hamstring injury for Curry in the second round of the playoffs ultimately ended their playoffs hopes and they will now look to upgrade their roster around their aging core this offseason.

While the Warriors are preparing for the 2025 NBA Draft and free agency, they lost a key member of their staff on Monday as he accepted a new job in the NFL with a larger role.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Denver Broncos hired Daniel Brusilovsky as their Chief Technology Officer after serving as the Warriors’ vice president of technology.

Brusilovsky spent the past 11 years working for the Warriors as their vice president of technology as he oversaw the technology for events such as the 2025 NBA All-Star game, NCAA Tournament games and a number of concerts.

Of course, Brusilovsky was also part of a multitude of NBA playoff games during his time in Golden State which included the team winning four championships during his time there.

Brusilovsky also helped develop the Warriors’ team app during his time with the franchise.

Now Brusilovsky heads to the NFL where he will be responsible for overseeing all technology services and systems for the Broncos’ facility and Empower Field at Mile High in an increased role.
