The line-ups for the 2025 Davis Cup qualifiers are all set, as countries have announced their squads for the multinational tournament in September.
The second round of the Davis Cup qualifiers will take place between September 12-14, 2025. There will be several exciting ties taking place across both days as nations battle it out to qualify for the Davis Cup Final 8 in November.
Team Spain will square off against Denmark in a blockbuster clash, with former World No.1 Carlos Alcaraz confirmed to lead his countrymen in the encounter. The reigning French Open champion will be joined by Alexander Davidovich Fokina, Pedro Martinez and Marcel Granollers, with former World No.3 David Ferrer set to captain the Spaniards.
Conversely, the Danes will lean on World No.11 Holger Rune if they hope to get past the Spanish armada led by Alcaraz. Rune will be competing alongside compatriots Elmer Moller, August Holmgren, Christian Sigsgaard and Johannes Ingildsen. Both teams will duke it out across September 13-14.
The United States is slated to face Czechia in Delray Beach, Florida from September 13-14. The Americans will rely on their top-ranked stars for victory, as Taylor Fritz, Ben Shelton, Frances Tiafoe and Tommy Paul. all ranked within the Top 20, have been announced as members of the United States Davis Cup team.
The Czech squad will feature Miami Open champion Jakub Mensik, Tomas Machac, Jiri Lehecka, Petr Brunclik and Adam Pavlasek. The United States leads Czechia 5-1 in Davis Cup meetings.
Another exciting tie will see France take on Croatia, with the Croats relying on former US Open champion Marin Cilic to lead the way. The former World No.3 will be joined by countrymen Borna Coric, Dino Prizmic, Mate Pavic and Nikola Mektic.
The French team, captained by former ATP star Paul Henri Mathieu, will have World No.23 Ugo Humbert as their top player. Humbert will be accompanied by compatriots Benjamin Bonzi, Arthur Rinderknech and doubles specialist Pierre-Hugues Herbert. Croatia leads the series 2-1 in Davis Cup meetings, with the tie in September taking place on the indoor clays court in Osijek, Croatia.
