Evjen assures Liverpool fans: You don't have to worry about Slot

Bodo/Glimt midfielder Hakon Evjen says Arne Slot can succeed at Liverpool.

Evjen played for the departing Feyenoord coach at AZ Alkmaar.

He told TV 2: "I guess it's about getting the best out of people. He can create an insanely good team with the starting point he has. He gets the best out of everyone. When there are good players in addition, it is an exciting combination.

"I don't think Liverpool should be that worried. He has coached top clubs for many years and can show results from his clubs.

"He also competed against Ajax when they were at their best, so I'm not as worried as many are."
