The Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix is set for this weekend.

The major American grand prix race is set for Sunday, May 3. It's the day after the Kentucky Derby. It's a huge racing weekend in the United States.

The Miami Grand Prix, which will attract hundreds of thousands of fans over the weekend, is a luxurious event. And the concessions prices show it. While most stadiums around the country will offer up a hot dog for $5 or $6, it's going to cost a bit more than that in Miami this weekend.

The "golden glizzy," which will be available at Chevre at the Miami International Autodrome, is available for $100.

Seriously.

At that price, it better be made of the finest ingredients available...

The golden glizzy is a wagyu beef hot dog, topped with a full tin of caviar, crème fraîche and gold. It made its debut at the Miami Open and is returning for the Miami Grand Prix.

Fans are sounding off on the 'obscene' price

Food and beverage prices are always jacked up at marquee sporting events, but a $100 hot dog - even if it has caviar and gold flakes - is absurd.

"Not paying that!" one wrote.

"I like hot dogs and caviar, but no thanks," one added.

"I mean...this is just absurd. But you know the influencers will be all over it and paying for it," one shared.

"There's just no way it's worth it," one added.

What's the most you would be willing to pay for the best hot dog in the world?
