The Indiana Fever have been flooded by injuries throughout the WNBA season.
Stephanie White came into the season looking to make an immediate impact with Caitlin Clark leading the way, alongside several other stars like Aliyah Boston.
The Fever certainly had the talent to compete for a WNBA title, but injuries have derailed their s eason. They have suffered three season-ending injuries to the following players: Sophie Cunningham, Sydney Colson and Aari McDonald.
Indiana has also dealt with a long absence from Clark and recently ruled out Chloe Bibby, who is playing in her first season with the Fever.
Ahead of the team's matchup against the Minnesota Lynx, Indiana made a change in its lineup, given the constant injury struggles.
The Fever started Lexie Hull, replacing Cunningham who previously served as a starter for Indiana.
"First night five," posted the official social media account of the Indiana Fever.

The Indiana Fever also started the following players against the Minnesota Lynx: Odyssey Sims, Kelsey Mitchell, Natasha Howard and Aliyah Boston.
Hull was benched in the Fever's last matchup against the Connecticut Sun. She has constantly been moved around the rotation under Stephanie White, but with five players out, it was clear that Indiana would need her services against the Lynx.
Throughout the WNBA season, Lexie Hull has posted 6.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game for the Indiana Fever. Ahead of the team's matchup against the Minnesota Lynx, Hull started 21 games for Indiana.
