Malik Nabers, one of the top wide receivers to come out of the 2024 NFL Draft after a standout career at LSU, shared his thoughts on Colorado Buffaloes sensation Travis Hunter and whether he believes Hunter can play both wide receiver and cornerback at the next level.

Hunter has garnered widespread attention for his incredible ability to excel on both sides of the ball in college, and Nabers is fully confident in Hunter's abilities.

"He's the best player in college football. If you can play both sides at a high level like him," Nabers said. "I'm not gonna put no ceiling on anybody's capabilities. I say he can 100% do it. I know there's a lot of people saying that he can't, but I feel like he can. I feel he's gonna want to show people that he can do it, he's gonna be able to do it."

Nabers didn't play both sides of the ball in college, but he was always one of the best athletes on the field and certainly the best wide receiver in nearly every game he played.

Hunter, a highly sought-after receiver and cornerback, is always the best athlete on the field. He played over 90% of the Buffaloes' snaps, a remarkable feat, and has been adamant about wanting to play both sides of the ball.

He feels most comfortable when he’s able to contribute as both a receiver and cornerback. While only time will tell how his NFL career unfolds, Nabers is a prime supporter of Hunter’s dual-role potential.

While it’s likely the Giants will target a quarterback with their first-round pick, it would be an incredible sight to see Nabers and Hunter as teammates in the future.
