It's always a noteworthy moment when Ohio State offensive coordinator and wide receivers ace recruiter Brian Hartline makes an offer. This weekend, Hartline extended a scholarship offer to Jett Harrison. If that last name rings a bell, it's because he's the son of Marvin Harrison and the younger brother of Marvin Harrison Jr.
The class of 2028 receiver from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is already drawing a lot of interest despite the ranking process not starting until after this recruiting class plays out. Tennessee, Boston College, Duke, and Syracuse already have offers on him.
Harrison Jr. was quick to build some hype around his 6-foot-1, 175-pound brother.
“He's definitely more talented than I ever was at that age," Harrison Jr. said about his younger brother, per MLF Football on Twitter/X.

Both Harrison and Harrison Jr. were elite playmakers with the Buckeyes. Harrison Jr. was the fourth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, and his father is an NFL Hall of Famer. It's hard to put those expectations on Jett, but it also comes with the territory.
We'll continue to track the latest on Harrison's recruitment and how the Buckeyes build out their vaunted receiver room.
