On Tuesday afternoon OTE announced the signing of Meleek Thomas, one of the top prospects in the class of 2025. Thomas, who will be joining OTE for the 2024-25 season, is a consensus top-10 prospect in the class of 2025 and one of the highest ranked prospects signed to play at OTE next season

A culmination of a 3 year recruiting process that started when I was at Penn State, we are excited to have Meleek and look forward to continuing to develop him on and off the court.”

5⭐️ Meleek Thomas, one of the top guards in the 2025 class, will transfer to Overtime Elite for his senior season, a source tells @On3Recruits.

Thomas is considering programs like UConn, Auburn, Arkansas, Pitt, and others.

Thomas is a 6-4, 175 lb combo guard from Midland, Pennsylvania who played his junior season at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School. Thomas has established himself as one of the nations most well-rounded players, averaging 20.3 PPG, 5.1 RPG and 2.4 APG while playing for New Heights Lightning in the Nike EYBL. Thomas is also a menace on defense, averaging an astounding 3.5 steals per game. Thomas has received offers from Arkansas, UCONN and Kansas among others ⭐
