Michael Jackson Movie Stuns With New Footage

The first footage has been unveiled from upcoming Michael Jackson biopic, Michael.

The five-minute clip capped off Universal’s presentation at CineEurope, which is currently unfolding in Barcelona, and it “positively wowed the audience,” according to Deadline.

Michael producer Graham King presented the five-minute clip, which focussed on the making of Jackson’s Thriller video. It’s been in development for seven years, said King, and that production has finally wrapped.

Here’s your first look at Michael Jackson’s nephew in the new biopic, who plays Jackson himself.

Antoine Fuqua, Michael director, is currently hard at work editing the film along with his team. If it’s anything like the clip audiences saw, it’ll be worth the wait.

Michael wasn’t the only film shown off at CineEurope. Universal showed off around 30 more films, which are packing out the studio’s release slate.
