Santiago Gimenez seems unwilling to leave Milan as he predicts an ‘incredible’ Serie A season.
Milan striker Gimenez hints that he doesn’t want to leave San Siro amid reports that the Rossoneri could sign two centre-forwards in the final days of the summer transfer window.
One of them, Victor Boniface, already underwent the first part of his medical tests on Friday and will sign his contract with the Serie A giants today, pending a second medical examination.
Gazzetta and Sky Sport, however, claim the Rossoneri are also interested in Conrad Harder and could sign the Sporting CP striker in the coming days, selling Gimenez.
This scenario is clearly not appealing to the Mexico international who sent a clear message on social media on Friday night.
“The only truth is that Serie A returns tomorrow and it will be an incredible season,” Gimenez wrote on X.
Gimenez joined Milan in the 2025 winter transfer window.
Tonight, the Rossoneri host Cremonese at San Siro in the first league game of the season, and Gimenez is expected to replace the injured Rafael Leao in attack.
La única verdad es que mañana empieza la @SerieA !!! y que va a ser una increíble temporada!!
