Morocco will take on Tanzania this Sunday, Jan. 4, at 8:00 a.m. PT, 11:00 a.m. ET, at Stade Prince Moulay Abdellah, for the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations.

The group stage has finally come to an end, and AFCON has now entered the knockout stage. Morocco finished first in Group A with seven points after three matches, with a record of two wins and one draw.

For its part, Tanzania finished in third place in Group C with two points after three games, and a record of two draws and one loss.

Walid Regragui’s national team arrives in good spirits for this match, having won its last group stage game 3-0 against Zambia on Dec. 29. On the other hand, Tanzania also tied with Tunisia (1-1) on Dec. 30.
