The No. 8 seed Ohio State Buckeyes dominated the No. 1 seed Oregon Ducks 41-21 in the College Football Playoff (CFP) quarterfinals at the Rose Bowl Game.
The game was a rematch of their earlier-season nail-biter, in which Oregon edged out Ohio State 42-41. Given that close finish, many fans expected another tight battle, but it was all Buckeyes from the get-go.
Now, Ohio State will face off against the No. 5 seed Texas Longhorns in the Cotton Bowl. Texas advanced to the CFP semifinals after defeating the No. 4 seed Arizona State Sun Devils 39-31 in overtime.
Before the game kicks off next Friday, Ohio State revealed its uniform combination for the matchup.
The Buckeyes will feature their classic scarlet tops and gray pants despite being the away team. Ohio State traditionally wears this combination at home.
The jerseys will also have a sewn-on Cotton Bowl patch on the upper right side.

For their quarterfinal matchup with Oregon, Ohio State switched to white tops and scarlet bottoms. It was the lower seed in that matchup.
Kickoff next Friday between Ohio State and Texas is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. According to ESPN BET, Ohio State is currently a 6-point favorite over Texas.
