Things are starting to fall into place with the Oklahoma Sooners' recruiting class of 2026. While the situation with quarterback Bowe Bentley has gotten clearer and clearer, with plenty of optimism, the Sooners have other targets throughout the 2026 class they have identified.
One of those targets is four-star wide receiver Dallas Dickerson from Georgia, and it seems like the Sooners are set to bring him in as part of their class. The state champion track star moved up his recruitment date to next Tuesday, June 24th, and the Sooners have logged a prediction for his commitment.

The big-time speed receiver left Oklahoma raving about his June 6th visit and since then has announced a final three of the Sooners, Georgia Tech, and Kentucky, where he visited last weekend. Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kansas State have also offered Dickerson.
In an interview with On3, Dickerson described the feeling he came away with after his visit to Norman.
"The overall visit was awesome. It was my first time there and I had a feeling of ‘home’ when I got on campus. The biggest highlights from the weekend were spending quality time with coaches, players, other recruits, and having the opportunity to grow in relationships.
I spent time with Coach Jones, Coach V, and Coach Garrett. Their message was that I was a priority for their program and how I would fit in with the offense. They made me feel like I was a priority to them and to the team in general.”
The Georgia state champion track star has been one of Oklahoma's top targets under their newly reformed front office under Jim Nagy. His 10.36 100M time has turned heads, and Oklahoma has been looking for that kind of explosiveness after a dismal 2024 season.
The Sooners are in the driver's seat for the speedster. While nothing is ever certain in recruiting, it feels likely that Oklahoma adds another playmaker to their rapidly growing class of 2026.
