Puerto Rico and Saudi Arabia meet today in an international friendly at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas. The match will be a World Cup warm-up for Saudi Arabia before the Falcons have their last test against Segenal next week. Puerto Rico missed out on qualification for the tournament.
For the 2026 World Cup, Saudi Arabia has been drawn into a very demanding Group H alongside Spain, Uruguay, and Cape Verde. Recent form has been shaky, with back-to-back defeats against Ecuador and Serbia exposing defensive issues the coaching staff will want to address before the tournament begins.
Puerto Rico did not qualify for the World Cup but have picked up positive results in regional competition recently, including wins over Belize and the Bahamas. Despite the clear gap in FIFA rankings, Saudi Arabia sit 61stand Puerto Rico’s 156th, the Caribbean side will still look to compete aggressively and make things difficult.
Kick-off is at 11:00 p.m. UTC, which is 7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT in the United States, 12:00 a.m. BST and on June 6.
Fans can also follow the game through live score platforms such as Sofascore, FotMob, and Flashscore.
