Report: Cincinnati Basketball Possibly Down Two Players Against BYU
USA TODAY Sports

The Bearcats are down a man again this season as they start conference play without guard CJ Fredrick (hamstring). Jon Rothstein confirmed the status and also updated forward Aziz Bandaogo as a game-time decision against BYU.

Fredrick has been shut down for over a week

Fredrick and Bandaogo have had huge impacts on Cincinnati's offense when on the floor this season, leading the team in offensive rating at No. 1 (Bandaogo) and No. 2 (Fredrick). At least having Bandaogo available would be crucial in keeping pace with the No. 4 scoring offense in the nation.

Cincinnati tips off against BYU at 10 p.m. ET as 9.5-point favorites.
