Ryan Garcia downward spiral has went into full gear. The disgruntled boxer is making way more headlines outside of the ring then he is making inside the ring. Recently the 25 year old made racist remarks on X spaces. He used the N-word and invoked the Ku Klux Klan. Also discussed George Floyd, who was murdered by Minneapolis police in 2020.

More trouble for the star boxer

Without a doubt those remarks didn’t sit well at all with The WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman. He released his statement about the troubled boxers remarks.

“Exercising my authority as president of the WBC, I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization,” Sulaiman wrote on X. “We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being as he has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse.”

Ryan Garcia wrote on X before that suspension came out that he was “trolling,” in regards to the remarks that he made on Spaces.

“Also I was trolling I want all the killing to stop Humanity needs to stop killing people I love everyone sorry if I offended you,” he wrote in one post.

Ryan Garcia pulled off one of the best performances this year by defeated Devin Haney. Despite intentionally missing weight by three pounds which is considered cheating and to make matters worst he was busted for PED’s. The New York State Athletic Commission suspended him for 1 year. In June Garcia was arrested for felony vandalism in Beverly Hills, California at the Waldorf Astoria after he caused $15,000 in property damage, according to police reports.

Garcia seems to be crying out for help at this point. But it’s up for Garcia himself to actually seek the help that he needs. The more he stays away from social media, the better at this point.
