Stonemaier Games is suing the president of the United States (Trump) because of the tariffs. They are now facing a $14.50 tariff tax for every $10 that they spend on manufacturing with their partner in China. That’s a lot of money to pay for a company that has 8 employees, all based in the US with the company. At the moment, Stonemaier Games is projecting $1.5 million in tariff payments alone. That’s a pretty hefty bill for a small company to pay for and ensure that their employees are supported in the best way possible.
