The Tennessee Vols are one of several programs in the mix early for one of the top players in the 2026 recruiting class.
According to Rivals.com national recruiting analyst Marshall Levenson, Tennessee is in pursuit of 2026 five-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory.
Colorado, LSU, Oregon, and Texas A&M are also showing interest.
Gregory, 6-foot-3/170 lbs from Douglasville, GA, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 1 athlete in the nation and the No. 2 player in the state of Georgia. He's also rated as the No. 11 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class.
The talented wide receiver took an unofficial visit to Tennessee in late March.
During that visit, Gregory was able to spend time with Vols true freshmen wide receivers Mike Matthews and Braylon Staley. He also got to chat with quarterback Nico Iamaleava.
It's still very early in Gregory's recruitment, but it certainly sounds like the Vols are going to be a major factor for one of the top wide receivers in the 2026 recruiting class.
