The Texas Tech Red Raiders aren't yet done with the 2024 season - they still have a bowl game to prepare for and play in.
But Wednesday began the first day of the NCAA Division I college football early signing period for recruits, and Texas Tech had some big hits as coach Joey McGuire continues to build his team for the 2025 cycle.
