Alabama football’s second scrimmage on Saban Field at Bryant Denny Stadium this Saturday holds great significance for the Crimson Tide going into the 2025 regular season, according to senior defensive lineman Tim Kennan III.
The Tide are at the midway point of fall camp, gearing up for their second scrimmage after working relentlessly this entire offseason throughout the spring and summer. This scrimmage is another opportunity for Alabama’s players to continue to prove their value to the coaching staff while ironing out mistakes.
“It’s very important because it’s where jobs are won and lost every day, but that second scrimmage is where it’s solidified going into the season,” Kennan III said. “So, if you don’t know the playbook, or if you’re not doing what you need to do by then, then get ready to help us out on some scout fields. But to the guys that’s actually putting in the work, it’s going to show this Saturday.”
With their season opener against the Seminoles on August 30th in Tallahassee inching closer and closer, Kennan III and the rest of his Crimson Tide teammates will look to take advantage of the opportunity Saturday will present.
