UCLA Bruins sophomore Andrew Rowan has been named National Setter Of The Week by offtheblockblog.com, according to UCLA Communications.

Rowan's efforts helped propel the 14-4 Bruins (5-1 in the Pac-12 Conference) to twwo wins over inter-conference crosstown nemeses the USC Trojans.
