USC Trojans Receive More Expert Predictions For Elite Defensive Prospect

The USC Trojans do not have a commitment in the 2027 Class yet, but they have made waves with a number of recruitments, and the commitments will begin to funnel in when the time is right.

One recruit that is high on the Trojans’ radar, and who has built a great relationship with the program, is JSerra CB Duvay Williams.

Williams has visited SC several times and was at the Coliseum on Saturday to take in the game-day experience.

The USC Trojans have been the leader in Williams’ recruitment for quite some time, and have been trending to earn his commitment. That was only strengthened this weekend, and now more expert predictions have begun to roll in.

The collection of Adam Gorney, Steve Wiltfong, and Sam Spiegelman of Rivals have now logged expert predictions for USC to land Duvay Williams.

Rivals Predicts USC Trojans To Land 4-Star DB Duvay Williams

Rivals currently has Williams ranked as the 5th overall cornerback, the 2nd-ranked player in California, and the 28th overall prospect in the 2027 class.

“USC stands out with how the coaches connect and how they develop players for the next level,” Williams recently told Rivals.

Williams visited USC three times during the Spring, and is currently scheduled to be back for the Michigan State game.

While things are in really good standing between the two sides, Williams is likely planning to schedule and take other visits throughout the Fall. This is likely why a commitment to the Trojans has yet to happen, as we know Chad Bowden and the staff want commits to shut down their recruitment once they officially commit.

They will want Williams to take other visits now and see what is out there. Then, the hope is that this will only further his desire to remain home and become a USC Trojan.
