Who does Utah miss from the Big 12 schedule?

Arizona, Houston, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, TCU, UCF At least on paper this doesn’t seem too great.

The Utes miss four Big 12 teams that didn’t go bowling last year, TCU would be a winnable game, and Iowa State is likely the strongest team the Utes miss. But Arizona should be far better, Oklahoma State will certainly be stronger, and UCF under Scott Frost will be interesting.

That’s a long way of saying Utah misses a slew of good teams.
