It’s not been a good two weeks for Kentucky football. After getting blown out by Georgia by 38 points on the national stage, followed by a collapse to Missouri, fans are not satisfied and the media has been critical. However, given the performances, that is deserved.

On Sunday, following the loss to Missouri – with a sold-out crowd at Kroger Field in attendance – assistant coach Vince Marrow took to Twitter to give fans a message asking for their support as the Wildcats hit the home stretch

“BBN thanks for showing up last night,” Marrow said. “We really appreciate the support. I promise we will get this season going back in the right direction. Block out the noise. Go Big Blue.”

At 5-2, Kentucky football could still have a great season by program standards, but it will be no easy task. In their last five games, the Wildcats are not currently favored in any of them. First things first, they need to fix the correctable during this week’s bye week such as the lack of discipline and poor attitudes that are seen on the field.
