Quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele looked more like a redshirt senior than a true freshman as he led the Golden Bears to a win over SMU. He completed 31 of 40 passes for 330 yards and four touchdowns. He also helped lead the game-winning drive that was capped off by a Kendrick Raphael touchdown run with 43 seconds left.
