Founded in 1992 by Celtics legend Danny Ainge, Hat Club is a membership-based store that sells some of the most exclusive hats in the game. Whenever they drop a new line of hats, people wait in line for days. Yes, you read that right, days!
The Hat Club brand is built on community. As Community Engagement Manager Benjamin Christensen details, the biggest differentiator for the company is the care they give the product and the "amount of attention we give to the customer base." It seems obvious that their approach is resonating with their fans.
