Sky Sport Italia reports that West Ham are the latest club interested in Roma outcast Lorenzo Pellegrini.

Premier League side West Ham are interested in Roma midfielder Pellegrini, according to Sky Sport Italia.

West Ham interested in Pellegrini

Football Italia reported interest from Premier League clubs in the Italy international earlier this week.

Now, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Hammers are the latest club to have joined the race for the Italian midfielder, although the English club have not yet made a formal offer.

Pellegrini has Roma decision to make

Pellegrini has been stripped of the captain’s armband this season, and Gian Piero Gasperini said on Friday that Roma would not extend his contract expiring in June 2026.

It remains to be seen whether Pellegrini will decide to leave Roma this summer or stay at the club until the end of his contract, leaving the Stadio Olimpico on a free transfer in less than a year.

Pellegrini is a product of the Roma academy and has scored 55 goals in 316 senior appearances with the Giallorossi.
