The Wisconsin football staff has a pair of Tennessee recruits on campus this weekend just days after landing a top recruit from the state.

Djidjou Bah, a three-star defensive lineman, is the top-ranked player at his position in Tennessee in the 2026 recruiting class. Bah recently visited Wisconsin, and committed to the program after just a month of holding a scholarship offer.

Now the Badgers will host two more Tennessee natives this weekend during arguably the second biggest recruiting weekend of the summer for Wisconsin.

Wisconsin has had previous success in the state of Tennessee and likely will not be done with the state anytime soon. The Badgers held a commitment from 2025 three-star Brenden Anes for months while fending off the Tennessee Volunteers before the hometown team became too much.

Wisconsin Football Set to Host Owen Cabell, Jamyan Theodore During Busy Weekend

Three-star wide receiver Owen Cabell and three-star cornerback Jamyan Theodore will be in Madison for potentially crucial visits.

The talented receiver has been on the radar of the Wisconsin football staff for quite a while after impressing on the field. The 6-foot-3-inch receiver has excellent hands and a great release that makes for a mismatch when running routes. Cabell might not be the fastest receiver on the field, but certainly is a capable one even when contact is initiated.

Theodore, on the other hand, has visited Kentucky already and will touch down in Madison for the first time. Cabell already visited Wisconsin earlier in the year and booked an official visit not long after seeing campus for the first time. Since booking his visit, Cabell has visited Vanderbilt officially and moved on without a commitment on the spot, which could be a good sign for the chances of Wisconsin.

Cabell will visit Indiana after visiting Wisconsin, and likely will announce a commitment decision following both visits.

Theodore will visit Tennessee and Louisville following his visit with the Wisconsin football staff. Wisconsin has never hosted the cornerback before, and will need to make the most of the official visit to move the needle. The visit is also crucial as the cornerback is fresh off of a visit with Kentucky, who have been pushing heavily for a commitment.

The Badgers are likely in a race against the Wildcats moving forward which could be a difficult one to win based on proximity. Wisconsin is the farthest school away from home for Theodore and with three visits that are much closer, moving away from home will be a difficult sell.

Moving forward, the Wisconsin football staff will have to make the most out of likely the final chance to impress the Tennessee duo. Cabell feels like a great fit in the offense and the relationship with the staff has been there for the most part. Theodore is a dynamic cornerback that needs to be impressed during his first, and potentially only, visit to Madison.
