Brooke Henderson's sister will relinquish her responsibilities as a caddie following the LPGA season-opening Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions next week, Sportsnet reported.
Why? Well, Brittany and her husband Zach are preparing for the arrival of the couple's first child in June.
Brittany Henderson has served as her sister's caddie for all but one of the latter's 14 LPGA Tour victories, including the 2023 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions.
Brooke Henderson last won on her home soil, as she finished with three spectacular rounds of golf in August to win the CPKC Women's Open in Mississauga, Ontario.
Brittany Henderson also said she conceivably could return for the CME Group Tour Championship and Grant Thornton Invitational events later in November and December, respectively.
"I'm keeping that in the back of my mind as a hopeful possibility. There are a lot of variables of course, so I couldn't make any promises right now," Brittany Henderson told Sportsnet.
"I hope to get back to it eventually, I'm just not sure when that will be."
John Killeen, who has worked with Cristie Kerr, Meg Mallon and Juli Inkster, reportedly will be on the bag for Brooke Henderson.
