The summer doesn't officially start until June 20, but CBS reporter Amanda Balionis can't wait any longer.

It doesn't matter if its the Masters or a standard PGA Tournament, fans expect to see Balionis on the course conducting top-notch interviews. After all, she's been with CBS Sports since 2017 and wasted no time elevating their coverage.

Before becoming a reporter for CBS, Balionis worked for Verizon Fios Channel 1 and MSG Network.

"From 2009 to 2011, she served as a reporter for high school sports at MSG Network, including providing color commentary for the network’s coverage of high school volleyball," her bio for CBS states. "Balionis joined the PGA TOUR as in-house reporter and host in 2011, producing and reporting tournament highlights and events.

"Active in her community, Balionis is the founder of the 501c3 nonprofit Puppies & Golf which raises awareness for animal rescues around the country and supports families in need as well as organizations like K9s for Warriors."

Next up for Balionis and CBS Sports is the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club. It'll run from May 29-June 1 in Ohio.

Prior to the start of this week's tournament, Balionis shared a selfie on Instagram along with this message: "Summer I can feel ya."

Suffice to say, Balionis is ready to move on from the spring.

Balionis was in Fort Worth last week for the Charles Schwab Challenge. She had an extensive interview with Scottie Scheffler during the final round.

Fans should expect to see more of Balionis this weekend at the Memorial.
