Jessica Hadwin, the wife of golfer Adam Hadwin, shared a savage message via social media on Thursday amid his brutal first round at The Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, Calif.
Hadwin shot a horrendous 83 on Thursday amid some tough weather conditions. He followed that up with a very respectable 1-under 71 on Friday. But his bad round was enough to prevent him from making the cut at the tournament.
Hadwin carded a 7 early in his round Thursday and had a streak of five straight bogeys.
Jessica roasted Adam while watching him play.
“This is absolutely nothing against my husband, but I am getting legitimately scared to refresh the PGA Tour app anymore,” she wrote in a post on X on Thursday.

Jessica did have a sense of humor about things. She used her husband’s terrible scorecard to create a Valentine’s Day joke.
I made a series of valentines/memes from Adam’s score card yesterday to try to cheer him up. Here’s my most G rated one. I’d post more, but I fear my family might see them. pic.twitter.com/FMPe8453ar

If you’re wondering what Adam thinks of his wife using him as social media fodder, she shares the answer in her X bio.
“Questionable humor and bad jokes are my own and do not reflect the views of my husband. In fact, he tells me daily how unfunny I am,” her bio says.
Agree to disagree, Adam. She is very funny, even if it comes at your expense.
