LIV Golf has launched a new global initiative called ‘LIV for Good.’ The platform aims to impact five million young people by 2032. It focuses on growing the game, community outreach, and sustainability.

“The values of LIV For Good epitomize the same mission this League has held since day one—to grow the game of golf around the world,” announced Scott O’Neil, CEO of LIV Golf, at the unveiling of a strategy aimed at impacting five million youth by 2032.

The ‘Game’ section of the league’s pillars is aiming at accessibility. Their objective of making financial and social barriers as minimal as possible is helping the league introduce 15,000 kids to the sport every year.

The essence of the ‘Community’ segment is the Education sector, where it hopes to reach 400,000 kids every year. They offer programs with STEM activities in sports safe zones, including several in refugee camps, to serve areas of greater need.

The ‘Planet’ pillar is focused on sustainability and aims to make sports events as environmentally sustainable as possible. The league is aiming to host five GEO-certified tournaments annually, with each tournament counting towards its 2040 net-zero goal.

A Legacy of Global Engagement and Expansion

Since 2023, LIV Golf’s strategy has shown proof of scalability with over 1 million young people engaged. This is a starting point to set the stage for even higher aspirations in the coming ten years.
