Scottie Scheffler picked up another win at Caves Valley, adding the BMW Championship to what has already been a standout season.
After his two-shot victory, Scheffler’s 2025 earnings moved to $23.9 million.
The American star won the tournament at 15-under (66, 65, 67, 67), finishing ahead of Robert MacIntyre and Maverick MeNealy, who placed second and third, respectively.
The world number one won his fifth PGA Tour title, bringing his care er total to 18. Next up on his schedule is the Tour Championship.
There was one notable change this week: Michael Cromie stepped in as Scheffler’s caddie for the event.
With Ted Scott away dealing with a personal matter, Chris Kirk’s caddie agreed to step in for the week.
Cromie picked up $360,000 from the win, and Scheffler la ter reached out to thank him for his role in the victory.
Scheffler posted on Instagram: “So thankful to come away with this win at the BMW Championship! A huge thank you to Michael Cromie for stepping in and being on the bag this week!”
Scottie Scheffler’s grip on the PGA Tour does not look like loosening any time soon, and that is a growing concern for everyone else in the field.
Nobody seems to be closing the gap, and that should be encouraging news for the US Ryder Cup team as well.

The four-time major winner looks untouchable right now, continuing his remarkable form from 2024 into this season.
Last year, he picked up seven PGA Tour titles. He is already closing in on that mark again as he gets set to defend his Tour Championship title.
This week brings the final FedExCup Playoff event back to East Lake, where Scheffler claimed a four-shot victory last year.
A win this time around would put him alongside Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Rory McIlroy as players with multiple Tour Championship titles.
