The first round of the playoffs teed off for it's third day on Saturday after the play got suspended on Friday due to bad weather. Tommy Fleetwood is at the top with a score of 13-under, closely followed by Justin Rose with 10-under.
But amid the intense competition, a special guest stepped onto the fairway to play pranks on our favorite golfers—none other than Eli Manning.
First prank involved him disguising as a FedEx courier man and delivering stuff to the golfers. The first victim of his prank was Rickie Fowler and he was burned badly by the former Giants quarterback.
"I have a package from a Mr. Fowler here." He said. "I hope it's a new driver after those last few I saw you hit."
That's got to have done some damage. Luckily, Fowler recognised as soon as he walked up to him. He then went on to prank Matt Fitzpatrick, Justin Thomas and the others.
For the second prank, he changed his disguise to a course volunteer and that gave us two of the of the best moments.
First best reaction was from Jordan Spieth, whom Manning stopped for checking his credentials and followed that with a question whether he was a caddie or a golfer. Though oblivious at first, he soon caught on and identified the man.
And the next reaction was from Keegan Bradley. Manning offered Bradley PB&J, suncreen and gummies. Bradley hurried off to a corner and got busy with his phone in order to deflect the volunteer whom he considered a "freak".
"I'm a FedEx courier. My real job. Always deliver. Especially against the Patriots." Manning said which instantly switched the light bulb on in Bradley's head and he came shook hand with the star.
It was a fun day on the course.
