Golf legend Tiger Woods has officially been charged with two misdemeanor offenses after his involvement in a rollover car crash in Florida last month.

The Mirror first reported that Woods has officially been charged with driving under the influence and refusing to take a chemical/physical test of his breath or urine.

According to MSN, both of these charges are misdemeanors.

Woods has stepped away from golf after he was arrested shortly after the crash on March 27. Woods’ SUV flipped after clipping the back of a pickup truck’s trailer. Luckily, no one was injured.

Police bodycam footage shows Woods appearing lethargic and possibly intoxicated. He failed a field sobriety test and officers found two hydrocodone pills in his pants pocket during the arrest.

He passed a breathalyzer test for alcohol at the scene of the crash. Prosecutors said on Tuesday that they plan to issue a subpoena seeking a copy of all prescription medication records for Woods.

He pleaded not guilty to DUI in Florida last week, setting up a potential court battle.
