Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump have gone through a lot this year. Earlier this year, the legendary golfer was involved in a rollover crash that resulted in an eight-hour stay in jail, overseas treatment, and the suspension of his driver’s license for five years after his controversial DUI case.

Meanwhile, Vanessa endured her own battles while Woods dealt with his demons. The model revealed her cancer diagnosis a couple of months ago, concerning fans and family.

On Friday, she announced she was cancer-free in an emotional video with her daughter, Kai. It seems the biggest issues are in the past for the couple, and terrific news could be on the way.

Couple Grows Closer After Supporting Each Other

On Tuesday, Page Six shared a major update on the state of Woods and Trump’s relationship. After a difficult year of individual and collective battles, their relationship has improved so much that they are considering taking it to the next level.

“They’re very serious about each other and absolutely see a future together,” a source said. “Marriage is something they’ve talked about, but that doesn’t mean a proposal is necessarily around the corner.”

Their struggles played a key role in strengthening their relationship.

“Going through difficult times together has brought them closer and shown them that they can count on one another,” the source said. “It’s one thing to enjoy the good times together, but they’ve also seen how the other person handles things when life gets difficult.”

Trump reportedly feels “very safe and supported” by Woods, which has taken their relationship to a new level. The couple has been under the spotlight in 2025, when the first reports about them being together surfaced.

After such a challenging 2026, they could end it on a high note even if the rumors don’t materialize.
