Bryson DeChambeau finally completed the tricky ping pong challenge he had undertaken in the past few days. The golfer would lose it and celebrate wildly as his shot finally landed into the tiny cup on Day 12.
For the unversed, the Crushers GC captain had undertaken another challenge. The golfer, who also makes content for YouTube and social media, would attempt to hit a ping pong ball from the ground floor up into a tiny cup onto the first floor.
On Day 12, he gave himself 120 shots to make the shot and complete the challenge. However, he ended up needing just 15 on the day.
His 15th attempt would land a foot away from the cup before bouncing back into it. The moment he learned the ball had landed in the shot cup, the 31-year-old would lose it and start jumping up and down and screaming with joy.
No way! Are you kidding me? Oh my God!

The American International will now give away a car. As mentioned by him before, he would give away the $325,000 yellow Bentley with the “Underdog” logo on the door to one of his users on Instagram Live on Saturday.
Bryson DeChambeau has not teed off since the LIV Golf season finale. Since then, the golfer has kept himself busy filming content. On Friday, he completed the tricky ping-pong challenge on Day 12. Phil Mickelson would later react to this and drop a 2-word reaction towards it.
While Mickelson does not technically create content, the 6-time major champion is highly active on social media. He would join several users on social media in congratulating DeChambeau for completing this challenge. On X, the “Lefty” left a 2-word message for his league mate.
That’s AWESOME!

This is not the first time DeChambeau has taken such challenges. After the conclusion of the 2024 season, he would attempt to make a hole-in-one by shooting the ball from the front of his glass-walled mansion to his backyard. On Day 16, he would finally accomplish this and celebrate in a similar way like how he did on Friday.
With the ping-pong shot challenge complete, Bryson DeChambeau will now turn his attention towards the upcoming Ryder Cup. A few days ago, he received some huge praise from his captain Keegan Bradley after he qualified for the tournament.
DeChambeau finished 6th in the team standings with 10,774 points. His finish earned him an automatic qualification for the tournament and saw him join Harris English, Russell Henley, Xander Schauffele, J.J. Spaun, and Scottie Scheffler as the automatic qualifiers.
The impressive part about his qualification was the limited chances he had compared to his other teammates. Due to his ties with LIV Golf, DeChambeau only acquired the points through the 4 major championships.
The golfer had been on fire in the majors. He accomplished a T6 and T5 finish at the Masters in 2024 and 2025. He has finished as the runner-up in the PGA Championship in the past two years and went on to win the U.S. Open at Pinehurst in 2024. Out of the 8 major events, he missed the cut in just 2 of them (2024 Open Championship and 2025 U.S. Open).
Bradley was left impressed with these performances from the LIV Golfer and lauded him during the press conference last week while announcing his six picks. During this, the 8-time PGA Tour winner claimed he was proud of the efforts from DeChambeau to qualify for this event.
A lot to say about Bryson. One of the most incredible things is he qualified for this team off of eight starts, which is unheard of. But what I’m most impressed about Bryson is the effort that he’s made to be part of this team. He’s had had to travel, go out of his way to meet us in our places, and he’s gone above and beyond what we would ever ask of a player, and that’s the thing I’m most proud of.

DeChambeau will join Justin Thomas , Collin Morikawa , Ben Griffin, Cameron Young, Patrick Cantlay , and Sam Burns for the event alongside the rest of the automatic qualifiers. This year, he is one of three representatives from LIV Golf to participate in the Ryder Cup, with Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton joining Team Europe.
