Alex Palou's dominant 2025 NTT IndyCar Series campaign continued in qualifying at Mid-Ohio on Saturday.
Palou notched his third pole of 2025 and his first since the Indianapolis GP on Saturday with a lap of 65.02 seconds. The pole is also his second in a row at Mid-Ohio.
Palou enters Sunday's race with a 93-point advantage in the championship over Kyle Kirkwood. Palou has won six of the first nine races of the season, including the Indianapolis 500.
"It's been phenomenal, the speed we have in the cars," Palou told Fox Sports.

Christian Lundgaard, Kyffin Simpson, Nolan Siegel, Colton Herta and Louis Foster rounded out the rest of the Firestone Fast Six.
For Simpson and Siegel, their respective qualifying efforts are the best of their young IndyCar careers.
The Honda Indy 200 will go green shortly after 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, with coverage on FOX and the IndyCar Radio Network. The warmup for Sunday's race will take place at 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, with coverage on FS1. Pato O'Ward is the defending winner.
